What to Expect

Your private chauffeur collects you from Ella for a scenic drive down from the hills to Yala’s dry-zone wilderness. On arrival, meet your tracker and board a private 4x4 jeep for an immersive safari in Yala National Park, famed for leopard sightings as well as elephants, crocodiles, jackals, deer, and prolific birdlife.

The afternoon drive often brings movement around waterholes and golden-hour light for photography. Your driver-tracker will read fresh signs and optimize routes for the best chance of sightings while ensuring responsible, respectful wildlife viewing.

After the safari, return comfortably to Ella. If you prefer to be dropped at a different location (e.g., Tissamaharama, Tangalle, Mirissa), we can arrange this with a cost adjustment — please contact us after booking.
