At One’s Destination, we aim to make the booking process seamless and transparent. Below you’ll find the current payment methods, timelines, and conditions. Additional secure online payment options (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe) will be introduced shortly.
1. Available Payment Methods
1.1 Bank Transfer (Prepayment required)
- Full payment is required by bank transfer prior to the start of your experience for bookings marked as prepayment.
- Please use your Order Number as the payment reference so we can match payments quickly.
- Bookings are confirmed only after funds are received and verified by our team.
- All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

1.2 Pay on Arrival (Cash)
- Available for selected activities such as day tours and safari experiences where on-site payment is permitted.
- Payment must be made directly to your chauffeur or safari guide before the start of the activity.
- Accepted currencies: USD or LKR. Please confirm currency with your booking confirmation.
- Present your booking confirmation to the guide at pickup/meeting point as proof of reservation.
2. Future Payment Options
We are in the process of integrating additional secure online payment options, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe. Once available, these will appear at checkout and will be listed on this page.
3. General Payment Conditions
- All payments must be completed in full according to the payment method selected before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For multi-day tours and high-value bookings we strongly recommend bank transfer prepayment to secure your reservation.
- Orders paid via on-site payment must be settled before the activity begins. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or inability to provide services.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in line with our Booking Terms & Conditions. Please review that policy for details.
- We reserve the right to update these Payment Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
4. How We Handle Orders
When you complete checkout using a manual payment method (Bank Transfer or Pay on Arrival), your order will be recorded in our system as Unpaid. We will mark it as Paid once payment is confirmed either by bank receipt or confirmation from our guide on-site. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is processed.
